The GGP Gen 1 Mazdaspeed3 / Mazdaspeed6 Vented Oil Cap is designed for custom catch can, breather, and crankcase ventilation setups. This billet aluminum oil cap replaces the factory oil cap and gives you a clean 10AN ORB threaded port for routing crankcase pressure from the valve cover to a catch can or breather setup.
On turbocharged Mazdaspeed engines, managing crankcase pressure and oil vapor is important, especially on modified cars. This vented oil cap gives you another clean routing point from the valve cover, making it a great option for owners building a sealed, vented, or recirculated catch can system.
The cap is designed so the main fitting can rotate freely 360 degrees. This allows you to aim the line where you need it without removing the oil cap or forcing the hose into an awkward position. A 90-degree fitting can also be used to help keep the line low and improve under-hood clearance.
