Corolla 2.0 to Camry 2.5 Throttle Body Adapter!
Want to gain 17% more air flow at the throttle body? Well this is what you’ll need!
Here’s the math! Stock throttle body has an internal diameter of 60mm at its smallest part, the Camry throttle body has a internal diameter of 65mm at its smallest part. 60mm diameter equals roughly 2827 square millimeters of cross section area. 65mm diameter equals roughly 3318 square millimeters of cross section area. That is a 17.3% increase in cross section area! Which means 17% more air able to move through the throttle body at any given time.
This throttle body adapter works with the stock 2018+ camry 2.5 Throttle Body, part number 22030-F0010. You can find these on the RAV4 and Avalon as well. Check eBay and your local junk yards for really cheap prices on the throttle body if you don’t mind used or click here to buy brand new.
Tune: Highly recommended. All testing has been done by AMT Tuning or on cars with AMT tunes. We worked directly with them to dial this in on multiple cars with different modifications on each for a good amount of time to ensure this would be a great product for the E210 community. Intake fitment: we have tested this on both the AFE Takada and 2J intakes with great results in both performance and fitment. AFE requires no modification, but some intakes may require a new hose clamp and some may require a new hose clamp and silicone coupler. The Camry throttle body outer diameter where the coupler will sit is 75mm or 2.96in in case you need to order a coupler to adapt to your current intake. This is the same thickness as our current throttle body spacer and therefore will fit spatially with all intakes currently on the market.
